THE REHABILITATION OUTPATIENT TEAM:

The Rehabilitation Outpatient Team consists of Physicians, Registered Nurses and a Business Clerk.  There are also two Registered Nurses in Urodynamics.

PATIENTS SERVED:

The Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinics serves the Rehabilitation needs of adults and children from Hamilton and the surrounding areas.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

Physicians provide support to Spinal Cord Injuries, Stroke, Amputee, Orthotics, Pain, Respirology, Urology, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Skeletal, Rheumatology and Gynecology for disabled women.

YOUR FIRST VISIT:

A referral from your family doctor's office is sent to the appropriate program or physician's office.

Health card is required for every visit.
