Our clinical teams continuously strive to work with patients and families to ensure that as many concerns or complaints are resolved at the bedside.

The Patient Relations department seeks to facilitate the investigation and resolution of patient, family and visitor issues, concerns and complaints. Our department is part of the broader effort across HHS to offer the best patient experience through promoting our patient centred philosophy of: Communicate, Collaborate and Respond.
