Patient and Family Feedback

We recognize that patients and their families are our best teachers. Help us see things through your eyes, by speaking with the members of your care team, if you have a question or concern about the care you have received.

You may also share either compliments or concerns directly with the people who provided you care while in the hospital.  Our staff and physicians strive to work with patients and families to ensure that concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

Additionally you can also contact our Office of Patient Experience. We will help to facilitate a review and resolution of patient, family and or visitors concern.  The Office of Patient Experience is part of the larger effort across Hamilton Health Sciences to offer the best possible patient experience. We promote our patient and family Centred Care philosophy of Communicate, Collaborate and Respond with Compassion.
