Executive & Board Expense Disclosure
Hamilton Health Sciences supports the government's directive to publicly post expense claims made by Board of Director members, the hospital CEO and those reporting directly to the CEO. The expense reporting summaries will be posted on this website and updated semi-annually.
The business-related expenses identified by the government for public reporting fall under three categories:
1. Meals
2. Travel
3. Hospitality
The reporting of business expenses falls under the 2010 Broader Public Sector Accountbility Act.

Note on change to reporting during this time: Hamilton Health Sciences changed its method of reporting for car expenses effective Aug. 2, 2011. Following government guidelines under Broader Public Sector Reporting legislation, senior executives will receive a monthly car allowance, just as they had previously. However, instead of car operating expenses being billed separately, effective Aug. 2, 2011, those are expenses budgeted within the car allowance. The amount of the car allowance has not changed.
