Becoming a Volunteer

 Volunteer Resources is committed to recruiting and managing quality volunteers.  

  • Volunteering at Hamilton Health Sciences involves making a regular commitment. Minimum commitment is 50 hours or 6 months

  • Intake is based on the number of vacancies, availability and suitability

  • Due to the high influx of applications received unfortunately not everyone who applies will be contacted for an interview. We keep applications for 3 months

Steps to Becoming a Volunteer

1. Review the online Information Session

 2. Complete the online Application form

 3. If selected, complete the Registration Package

 4. Interview

The E-Information Session is designed to provide you with useful and important information to ensure volunteering with Hamilton Health Sciences is right for you!
