The HHS Leadership Development Program: Reimagining Leadership in a Complex System is a powerful, experiential learning journey for participants. Designed to strengthen the learner’s capability to lead within an increasingly complex and challenging environment, the purpose of the program is to support leaders to grow and develop, both personally and professionally, as they help HHS achieve its strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
The program's initial launch was in September 2017. A talented group of 40 interdisciplinary leaders, including nine physicians and physician leaders, completed this year long journey. The next offering of Reimagining Leadership in a Complex System is set to begin in February 2019.
