Services Provided The Diabetes Care and Research Team Your first visit to Diabetes Care and Research On a follow-up visit the patient should bring their medications, home glucose monitors and logbooks as instructed by the educator. All patients must present their Health Card at each clinic appointment. Please ensure you health card is up to date with current address and has not expired. How can I find the Diabetes Care and Research Program? A.The McMaster site Diabetes Care and Research Program is on the 3rd floor of the McMaster University Medical Centre in the Yellow section. Turn right when getting off the main elevators on the 3rd floor. We are the third clinic on the left as you walk down the hallway, in room number 3V3. The Henderson Diabetes Care and Research Program is located on the main level just off the front lobby in the 70 Wing. All clinics are wheelchair accessible. Please inform the booking staff when booking the appointment if a translator will be required. |
