McMaster University Medical Centre's first babies of 2014 are twins

(Wednesday, January 1, 2014 - Hamilton, Ontario) – McMaster University Medical Centre’s first babies of 2014 were twins, arriving at 1.21 a.m. and 1:56 a.m.

Twins Davey and Josie King were born to Sarah and Jesse King from Burlington. Baby boy Davey arrived first, weighing 2940 grams (6 lb 8 oz) and baby girl Josie weighs 3000 grams (6 lb 10 oz).

Both babies and parents are doing well. The twins are siblings to proud older sister Layla.
