A public event presented twice-annually

Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) is committed to the well-being of people. We are passionate about exploring new ideas and we know the importance and power of dialogue. We are proud to present big ideas that matter to our community through a twice-annual speakers series.

Good health is about more than the absence of a disease. Good health is about making good choices. It is about adapting your lifestyle and your own unique circumstances.
