Dietary Icons

In order to assist our guests with selecting the products that meet their dietary needs, we use the following dietary symbols on our menus, signs and labels:

	These items do not contain any animal products such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy, honey or gelatin.
	These items contain ingredients such as eggs, dairy or honey, but do not contain meat or fish.
	These items contain no wheat, rye or barley ingredients. Please note: Our kitchens are not a gluten-free environment, as we prepare other menu items that contain gluten.
	This symbol indicates that the meat used is certified Halal and contains no hidden sources of meat such as gelatin or rennet.
	This designates menu items that are made by our chefs using fresh ingredients and signature house recipes.
