Hamilton Health Sciences is hiring full-time NNPs to work at McMaster Children’s Hospital (MCH), one of Canada’s most advanced and fastest growing neonatal intensive care units.
As the regional referral centre for South Central Ontario, MCH’s Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit has 70 Beds and provides care for over 1,500 babies and their families every year.
In addition to receiving a competitive sign-on/retention bonus, MCH also offers an internal residency program that pairs experienced NNPs with NPs for education and mentorship.

Key qualifications
1. Current Certificate or eligibility for Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class, pediatrics or primary care
2. Advanced preparation at the Masters level with specialized training
3. Completion of a graduate level Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program
4. Minimum 2 years of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience in a neonatal ICU
