Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) is happy to once again, participate in the Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG) Program this year. The NGG Program is an initiative funded by the Ministry of Health, designed to support newly graduated RNs and RPNs, within 12 months of registration with the College of Nurse of Ontario (CNO), with a 12 week orientation and transition to practice period, which includes classroom education, and preceptor shifts. Following preceptorship, NGG nurses are presented with full-time or full-time equivalent employment opportunities at HHS. This program is available to both Canadian-trained nursing graduates, and internationally educated nurses.
