ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY GROUP FOR CAREGIVERS OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES
Developmental Pediatrics and Rehabilitation Program
This 4-week group is for caregivers of children aged 0-18 years who have a Physical or Intellectual Disability, live in the Hamilton Area and are registered with the Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre. The focus of the group is to reduce the isolation of caregivers, promote acceptance of difficult thoughts and feelings, improve relationships and connect more meaningfully to the things we value in life.
