(2) 1 Hour Virtual Sessions: This 2 part workshop is designed to help participants find balance through effective self-care strategies. Topics covered include understanding parental burn-out, exploring self-care and identifying the roadblocks that can get in the way. Participants will take a closer look at how to prioritize their own needs so they can maintain a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
