(3) 1 Hour Virtual Sessions: This 3 part series workshop is designed to help participants find balance through effective self-care strategies. Participants will learn the concepts of self-compassion, time management, and mindfulness, gaining practical tools to enhance their wellbeing. This series aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to prioritize their own needs, reduce stress, and maintain a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
