Smart Solutions to Manage Social Media Use with Children & Youth

 (2) 1 Hour Virtual Sessions: This two-part workshop series explores the positive and negative impacts of social media on children & youth. We will discuss the appeal of certain platforms and delve into the emotional, behavioural, physical health, and academic indicators of social media overuse and concern. Strategies for healthy media use will be provided to participants, such as healthy boundaries, open communication with your child and youth, monitoring and support, as well providing additional resources.
