Media briefing: Hamilton Health Sciences provides updates on pressures at McMaster Children’s Hospital

HAMILTON, ON – McMaster Children’s Hospital (MCH), like all pediatric hospitals in Ontario, is under immense and increasing strain not unlike the pressures that have impacted Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) adult sites since the pandemic began.

HHS hosted a media briefing to discuss the current state of MCH, the measures being taken to alleviate the pressures in the MCH ED and on inpatient units, and how the adult sites are being affected.
