"It’s vital for researchers specializing in pregnancy, childbirth and children’s health to consider the whole patient across their lifespan," says Dr. Jon Barrett, a Hamilton Health Sciences obstetrician and researcher, and a world-leading expert in high-risk pregnancies.

Dr. Barrett is the head of @mcmasteru's department of obstetrics and gynecology, and the F.L. Johnson Chair in women’s reproductive health research. He cares for high-risk pregnant patients directly, as an obstetrician at our McMaster University Medical Centre and @stjoeshamilton.
