December 1 Update on the HHS COVID-19 Vaccination Management Policy

As of today (December 1, 2021), all staff and physicians at Hamilton health Sciences (HHS) must be fully vaccinated subject to limited exceptions. Further to the update shared last week, we are working through the process to address non-compliance with our Vaccination Management Policy. Approximately 185 notices of termination (effective January 26) are being issued this week. We hope that these individuals will choose to avoid termination by becoming fully vaccinated by January 26. We encourage our colleagues to make the right choice and to choose to stay at HHS. Thirteen employees have already been terminated for non-compliance with previous reporting and testing requirements.
