Please only present to a Hamilton Health Sciences emergency department, including McMaster Children’s Hospital, if you, your child or teen require emergency care.

If you have a non-urgent medical concern, call your family doctor or visit needadoc.ca to learn about your options for care.

Our emergency departments will not administer COVID-19 tests upon request. COVID-19 tests are reserved for healthcare workers and individuals in high risk categories. You can find more information on COVID tests here.
