Two leading-edge programs at Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre have been recognized at the 16th annual Quality and Innovation Awards. Both programs focus on having specialized conversations with patients or children of cancer patients.

New outbreak at Juravinski Hospital

Today, in conjunction with Hamilton Public Health, an outbreak of COVID-19 was declared at the Juravinski Hospital on F3, a general internal medicine ward. As a result, F3 is closed to admissions.

Additionally, F5, the COVID unit, has been placed on heightened awareness and, as a result, is closed to non-COVID admissions.
