Request for Proposals Closes for West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Rebuild Project: Hamilton Health Sciences, Infrastructure Ontario evaluating submissions
HAMILTON, ON – The Request for Proposals (RFP) stage has closed for teams to submit their bids to design, build and finance the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital (WLMH) redevelopment project.
Following a fair, open and transparent Request for Qualifications process, three teams – Amico Sacyr Alliance, EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare and Pomerleau Healthcare Partners – were shortlisted and invited to respond to an RFP in June 2021. All three teams submitted their proposals by today’s deadline.
Over the next several months, Hamilton Health Sciences and Infrastructure Ontario will evaluate the submissions. A successful proponent is expected to be announced in the coming months. A fairness monitor is overseeing the entire procurement process.
