An update on outbreaks of COVID-19 at Hamilton Health Sciences – Feb. 8
HAMILTON, ON – There are currently three HHS sites with declared COVID outbreaks.
Juravinski Hospital
The F4 outbreak was declared over on Saturday, February 6. This unit will scale up to full operations today.
The outbreak associated with E4 continues, as does the outbreak associated with F5 – the unit that provides care for patients infected with COVID-19. There are three staff members associated with this outbreak, and no patients. This outbreak will be declared over no sooner than February 16.
West Lincoln Memorial Hospital
The outbreak, which was declared on C Ward on January 19, has been declared over.
No updates available today for the Hamilton General Hospital and the Satellite Health Facility.
