2021 Celebrations: Transformation & Technology

In 2021, Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) continued to transform the way we deliver care to achieve our vision of Best Care for All. We officially launched Project Odyssey, our journey to implementing a new world-class electronic hospital information system called Epic. Its enhanced communications capabilities, modern patient portal, and capacity to measure and analyze data will fundamentally change the care provided by HHS, in our facilities and in our community.

We also continued our work to renew critical and rapidly evolving diagnostic tools, such as X-ray machines, MRIs and CT scanners to ensure that we remain a world-class healthcare organization, and can optimize our use of Epic when the system launches in June 2022.
