Cybersecurity at HHS

In order to assist staff in easily identifying external emails, HITS will be implementing a security feature where external emails will be clearly identified with “EXTERNAL EMAIL” at the start of the email message.

This disclaimer is a reminder for staff to always use caution when opening emails from unknown email addresses. You should only open attachments from known senders and never provide your username and password.
