At Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS), we’re on a journey to transform the way we provide care. On June 4, 2022, HHS will move to a new, state-of-the-art electronic platform to manage all of our patients’ health-care data. This system, called Epic, will provide a single personal health record for each patient and improve patient safety and quality of care. With Epic, comes the launch of MyChart for patients. MyChart is an online tool that allows you to securely view your hospital health information. This major transformation will improve your patient experience.
We have also moved to offering more virtual care at HHS, a model that allows patients to access high-quality care outside of the hospital environment. Throughout the pandemic, the use of virtual appointments – appointments that take place through technology like a phone, tablet, or computer – skyrocketed. While the pandemic has changed the way we deliver health care, our patients are still getting the same excellent care, but with more modern tools.

Hospital Information System (Epic)

Hamilton Health Sciences patients can now view, store and instantly share their with PocketHealth! With just a few clicks, securely access your imaging records from anywhere, on any device.
