Attestation

In accordance with the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010, all Ontario hospitals annually attest to their compliance with consultant reporting requirements, the prohibition on engaging lobbyist services using public funds, and directives issued under the Act relating to expense claims, perquisites, and procurement. Confidential and Anonymous Reporting

Hamilton Health Sciences provides a secure, private, external link to ClearView Connects, a confidential and anonymous reporting tool, in adherence to the HHS Whistleblower Protocol.

Executive and Board Expense Disclosure

Hospital Services Accountability Agreement

As part of the Commitment to the Future of Medicare Act (CMFA), the 2023-2024 Hospital Services Accountability Agreement outlines our performance obligations, and the resources in which we have pledged to deliver care in partnership with the Hamilton-Niagara-Haldimand-Brant Local Healthcare Integration Network (HNHB LHIN).

Public Sector Salary Disclosure

In accordance with the 1996 Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario are required to disclose the names, positions, salaries and taxable benefits of employees who earn $100,000 or more within the calendar year.
