This is a series of 3 weekly VIRTUAL sessions for parents/caregivers to have an opportunity to regain a sense of balance by developing self care and self compassion strategies. We explore techniques to help you regain a sense of calm and confidence in becoming in-control, positive parent. This is a personal development/education course.
Topics include self-care, self-compassion, life wheel balance, meditation, time and stress management, managing moods and anger, gratitude and mindfulness.
