The Next Step Clinic provides clinical services for children and adolescents who have graduated from the Growing Healthy Weight Management Program, and require ongoing monitoring or management of their cardiometabolic health.

Children and adolescents are referred to the Next Step Clinic directly from the Growing Healthy Weight Management Program, if needed, upon completion of the program.
